Everything about the Ivy app was developed with teachers like you in mind; from easy, flexible scheduling to hassle-free deposits right into your bank account.
--Ivy is exclusively for any teacher who is currently working in a K-12 public or private school.
--Ivy sets your hourly rate to ensure you earn a competitive rate. Ivy’s commission is 20% so you get 80% even if you tutor just once a week. You get paid weekly and you work as an independent contractor.
--Set fixed locations or commute areas to tutor based on what’s most convenient for you. Plus, earn an extra $5 Trip Fee for each visit to a student’s location.
--Parents find you through the Ivy app and request to book a session with you at a specified time slot. At the end of every session, the Ivy app confirms with you that the session took place and asks your client if they want to re-book with you on the same day/time next week.
--Use the skip feature to skip a week or more of tutoring to accommodate holidays, illness, or other scheduling conflicts. Parents can also use this feature.
--Parents trust teachers when choosing a tutor, so Ivy encourages our community of teachers to recommend one another.
--Share the app with teachers you know. When they sign up, you’ll each earn $25. There are no limits to your bonuses. Refer 10 teachers, earn $250! Refer 20 teachers, earn $500!
